POLICIES
Refrain from using any cellular devices when being serviced (unless necessary or getting a toe polish of course).
COVID
- You are REQUIRED to wear a face mask during your entire appointment.
- You will be asked to wash your hands at the beginning of your appointment
- If you are feeling sick cancel your appointment
BOOKING
- 1. A $20 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit go towards the remaining balance of your service .
- 2. Please add travel fee when booking
- 3. If you cancel less than 12hrs before your appointment a new deposit is required to book another appointment.
- 4. If your appointment was rejected A refund will be issued for the initial deposit or you may inquire about rescheduling. This is due to possibly an overlap in another Royalettes appointment.
LATE/NO SHOW
- NO CALL /SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF SERVICE
NAILS/SOAK OFFS 💅🏾
- I DO NOT FILL OVER OTHER TECHS WORK (Please understand we all use different products) This is for your safety as well as mine.
- Please be sure to not have any broken or damaged nail beds when booking your appointment I will not service you, you have to let them heal first💕✨
- If your polish chips or your nail extension lifts within ( 72 hours from the date you were serviced, I will repair at no additional cost. **limit one time within 1st week. Does not include breaks**

My business hours are TUESDAY- SATURDAY from 10am-4pm

*Working on any HOLIDAY or SUNDAY is an additional $20 added to your service*💕
I offer early/after hour services which is $15 extra! Early hours start from 7am-9am. After hours are from 5pm-7pm 💕 *Please add it to your appointment when booking*
TRAVELING POLICY:
- I just ask that you have a nice, clean well lit area for me to work in. (I will not work in a unclean home). Please do not have any other guests in the area with us if you don’t stay alone. Please keep kids, pets, etc. away to keep any accidents from happening✨
